We are recruiting for an immediate start HR Change Manager for a period of up to 3 months ( possibly longer ) to work with our client, based in South East London, during a period of organisational transformation. You will manage all operational HR related activities relating to the people aspects of the Transformation Programme including restructuring, employment consultations and dealing with trade unions.
As an experienced HR professional, you will lead and operationally manage our programme of redeployment, helping with job redesign, any voluntary and compulsory redundancies and dealing with required people transition planning. You will be highly organised and efficient at managing and communicating all aspects of the employee consultation process providing support and guidance to those affected by redundancies, whilst overseeing all the associated correspondence. Ideally you will have worked in unionised environment before and will help maintain good relationships with trade unions throughout this period.
I am urgently seeking an Interim HR Administrator / Assistant for an initial 6-week temporary role to start as soon as possible with a not-for-profit organisation based in the London King's Cross area. The role pays a salary of up to £28,000 per year and is to start as soon as possible, with hybrid working (1 to 2 days in the office and the remainder working from home).
Your role will involve supporting the small HR team and: -
- Dealing with general HR queries
- Running reports for the team

- Managing the diary of the Head of People & Culture
You must have experience of working as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant previously and be available within a weeks' notice to get started as soon as possible.

I am urgently seeking an experienced AD of People,Equity & Culture to cover a 10 to 12 month period of maternity leave at a renowned Charity based in East London, to start ASAP. The role will pay a salary in the range of £75,000 to £80,000 per year on a fixed term contract and will involve hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week working remotely.
Reporting to the Director of Resources, you will have strategic oversight of a team of 24, including 5 direct reports in People, OD, Talent, Equity and Quality & Safeguarding. Your role will involve working with the Board, SLT and the Head of People with a focus on EDI, OD, transformation, change, strategy and restructure. You will focus on: -
- A revival of the existing People Strategy ensuring that the ambitions and goals of the whole department are met, providing strong management and leadership
- Work with the Head of People to raise the profile of the people team
- Shape and embed the strategic vision of the organisation into transformational action plans working with the Executive
- Oversee the OD team in their work on redesigning the Values and Behaviours in the organisation and embed them
- Work on the culture change programme from a strategic and structural standpoint
- Inspire a culture for everyone in the organisation to learn and grow
The ideal candidate will have had general HR experience but now be involved in a more strategic focused role from within the Public or Not-for-profit sectors.
